Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of ChordXray, a native macOS application for local music analysis, provided by Artifio OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia. By downloading or using ChordXray you agree to these terms.
The service.
ChordXray is a desktop application that analyses audio files locally on your Mac — extracting chords, lyrics, sections, stems, and vocal notes entirely on-device. No audio is uploaded to any server. The app requires macOS on Apple Silicon.
Age requirement.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ChordXray.
Licenses and payment.
ChordXray offers a seven-day free trial followed by a one-time purchase for continued access. Payments are processed by Polar.sh. A license key entitles you to use ChordXray on your Mac; the number of activations permitted depends on the plan you purchased.
Refunds.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the full Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable use.
You may use ChordXray for personal and professional music work on audio you have the right to analyse. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute ChordXray or its components, or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property.
ChordXray and its underlying technology are owned by Artifio OÜ. Your audio files and analysis results remain entirely yours — they never leave your device.
Termination.
We may revoke a license key if it is found to be misused (for example, shared beyond the permitted activation count). We will notify you by email before taking action where possible.
Updates to these terms.
If these terms change, the updated version will be published at chordxray.com/terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
