Refund Policy.

ChordXray includes a seven-day free trial — no purchase required to try it. If you buy a license and change your mind, you have fourteen days to ask for a full refund, no questions asked.
Free trial.
Every download of ChordXray includes seven days of full access, with no credit card required. The trial is the right place to confirm the app works for your music and your machine before committing.
14-day refund window.
If you purchase a license and are not satisfied, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
How to request a refund.
Email support@chordxray.com with the subject line “Refund Request”. Include the email address used for your purchase and a brief note on why you’d like a refund. We’ll confirm and process it promptly.
Processing time.
Refunds are handled through Polar.sh, our payment provider. Once approved, the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
